Q150 commemorative stamps
Two commemorative stamps have been released by Australia Post to mark the 150th anniversary of Queensland. The stamps will celebrate the State's history and achievements and the diversity of its regions and natural beauty.
From the spectacular natural beauty of the Great Barrier Reef and Queensland outback, to iconic symbols such as the windmill and Queensland Parliament House, Australia Post has captured the essence of Queensland in this commemorative stamp issue.
Other products include first day covers, a mini-sheet, a maxicard set and a stamp pack. The two stamps - 55c and $2.75 - were designed by Sally Piskuric of the Australia Post Design Studio.
The exclusive stamps developed by Australia Post, in partnership with Q150, are now available for purchase from participating Australia Post outlets, via mail order on 1800 331 794 or online.
