Breakfast 2
The second Q150 Business Breakfast, held on Friday 17 July, shone a spotlight on sports and business. Held at Hillstone, St Lucia Golf Links, the event was a rousing success. Sports star and business woman Lisa Curry AO MBE was at her inspirational best and Australian cricket legend Matt Hayden revealed he's onto something big in business and sport with his new venture, The Hayden Way. Both credited the discipline and life skills they learned early in their sporting careers for their success in business. The breakfast was cleaned up by more than 300 business people who had risen early on a cool but typically sunny Queensland morning to hear about Matt and Lisa's journey and the soothing tunes of Christine Anu. Those attending left the breakfast on a high, inspired for greater goals in business and life.
